Fundamental 101 (All levels) Non-heated
In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. You will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration by the instructor. The foundation you build from this class can help unlock the potential within, impossible will become possible. This class designed for beginner, no yoga experience needed. (Prenatal Friendly)
Hatha & Yin (All levels) Non-heated
The first 30 minutes focus on “Yang“ the energetic flow of moving your body to generate internal heat and break through your physical and mental blockage. The second half will be cool and still, so you can seek openness and surrender to your body. Enjoy the deep stretching to turn your awareness inward from the flow of the movements and connect both mind and body. Beginner friendly, no yoga experience needed. (Prenatal Friendly)
Restorative Gentle Flow (All levels) Non-heated
This class that slows your flow allows you time to connect deeply to your breath and stay in postures long enough to become acutely aware of their sensations. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. We hold poses longer, the focus is on the release of any mind-body tension. Explore the subtleties of both effort and ease as you learn to move more mindfully. Beginner friendly, no yoga experience needed. (Prenatal Friendly)
Sunrise Awakening Flow (All levels) 75-80 Degrees
This class is designed to be practiced at sunrise. Start your day off increasing your flexibility, strength, mental clarity and overall energy levels with this sunrise flow to explore a physical resistance with the affirmation “I am grateful for the resistance I encounter each day.” Let yourself ease into your day by connecting with you breath, finding an easeful rhythm, and allow your body to slowly awaken. Everyday is new day what you do today will matter the most. Beginner friendly, modifications / alternate postures will be offered.
Yoga sculpt (All levels) 80-85 Degrees
Ready to sweat? Yoga Sculpt is a high-intensity, dynamic practice that combines weights with yoga sequences and cardio. The weights are designed to target and tone all the major muscle groups, boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass. For yogis looking to break a sweat and leave feeling uplifted and refreshed, Yoga Sculpt was designed with you in mind. Beginner friendly, modifications / alternate postures will be offered.
Led Ashtanga (Intermediate to advanced) 80-85 Degrees
The class starts with Sun Salutations, these are rigid sequences that are fundamental postures. Each class will gradually add-in standing and seated postures in an approachable manner. This way will guide you to deepen your breath between each posture, to bring the awareness into your body, accept who you are and love yourself more than ever. You will leave this studio with acceptance, compassion, confidence and faith after each practice. Beginner friendly, modifications / alternate postures will be offered.
Power Vinyasa (Intermediate to advanced) 85-90 Degrees
In Power yoga “Power” isn’t about powering through the poses but instead finding your own power within. This is an intense class with strong body movements that cultivate balance, stability, flexibility, and strength. You will practice fundamental postures and will progress into more advanced forms. The forms include but are not limited to the basics of arm balance and inversions. Require basic yoga experience, modifications / alternate postures will be offered.
Rocket (Intermediate to advanced) 85-90 Degrees
Rocket yoga is a series of postures based on a more advanced modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa. These routines are appropriate for practitioners with yoga experience. This vibrant routine is called the “Rocket” because, “it gets you there faster.” It is all about having fun to celebrate what you are great at to explore the capacity within. Require basic yoga experience, modifications / alternate postures will be offered.
