Yoga has been in Smile’s life for over a decade. Smile grew up in a broken family. her Dad was an alcoholic with severe domestic violence issues towards her mom. Her dad passed away due to over consumption of alcohol when she was only 10 years old. After years of yoga practice, she realized yoga is an amazing tool to heal the traumas and broken heart from her childhood.
In the past 5 years she was able to cultivate the physical wellness and the mental awareness into her daily life. With this knowledge she completed 200hrs Teacher Training in 2015 and 300 hours training with Mark Stephens in 2019. She is also a wife and mother of 3 children. She setup this beautiful studio for this Community to help everyone utilize yoga to find peace and purpose in life.
