Nicki has been teaching professionally and working privately with clients to reveal more peace in their lives since 2014. She is a 200 hr registered yoga teacher with additional training in Trauma Informed YogaTherapy, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, as well as being a certified Integrative Life Coach. She is passionate about sharing this powerful practice, especially to bring healing to those who suffer with chronic stress, anxiety and PTSD.
Having learned to meditate at a very young age, Yoga and Meditation have been a part of her life for more than 30 years. Nicki believes yoga is not only an effective physical practice everyBODY can experience, but more importantly, it is a healing opportunity allowing for a deeper connection with the self – body, mind and spirit.
