Yoga has weaved through her life starting at a time when she was physically and mentally weakest. Intuition lead her down this path and what she went through made her a true believer, that it is never too late or a bad time for anyone to start yoga. The practice of yoga helped her find balance through the storm of experiencing a kidney transplant in 2018 due to an autoimmune condition which caused her kidneys to fail. This life event was her blessing and sunshine in disguise. It helped her to grow and evolve into something she could never have imagined.
In 2019 she completed Ashtanga and Hatha 200 hours yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India. In all her classes you will experience her signature sound healing. She plays healing frequencies on a set of 8 singing bowls made of metal. If you find yourself having a hard time relaxing your mind and body, she invites you to her class and let her share with you the magic of sound and movement.
