Stephanie has been teaching yoga for over 10 years. Her teaching is heavily influenced by bhakti, tantra, & vinyasa styles. She loves to start each class with a Dharma talk or meditation to set an intention, and to weave those concepts through asana to work towards a peak/challenging pose. Her favorite classes to teach are fun & upbeat, combining arm balances, inversions and flexibility challenges while keeping focus on moving and breathing with intention. She started teaching Aerial yoga as a supplement to her normal practice and was delighted to see how strong, flexible and excited the hammock made her feel!! Now she teaches aerial as well to spread the joy and excitement it’s brought her!!! Stephanie’s ultimate goal is to have students leave the room feeling strong, with a quieter mind, and a deeper connection to their body and breath.
