Frequently Asked Questions

All you need to bring is yourself, towel for sweaty class, water bottle and a willing heart. If you have your own yoga mat, feel free to bring it along. However, we are a fully equipped studio and provide yoga mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters for your convenience.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start time. For the safety reason LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO CLASS.

We recommend you begin with a gentle practice like Moonlight Yin, Restorative, Hatha & Yin until you have built up the strength and flexibility for more challenging classes. Once you are familiar with the basic postures, you can explore a vinyasa flow class. It is always best to error on the side of caution and safety and approach yoga slowly and carefully. The best way to know if yoga is for you is to give it a try!

We recommend arriving at the studio 15 minutes before the class starts. This will allow you to meet the instructor, familiarize yourself with the space, and ask any questions you may have. We want to ensure you have a wonderful experience, so showing up early and being present is key.

Absolutely not! Yoga is a personal practice, and our instructors are here to support and guide you at every step. We offer modification options for every pose, allowing you to practice at your own pace. You’ll be amazed at how much progress you’ll make over time. Remember to listen to your body and be patient with yourself.

We believe in maintaining intimate class sizes to provide you with ample space and personal attention. We recommend signing up ahead of time to secure your spot, but walk-ins are also welcome.

It is always appropriate to inform your instructor about any existing physical conditions or concerns you have. Our instructors are trained to provide modifications and ensure your safety. If you have any serious concerns, we recommend consulting with your doctor before attending any yoga class.

If you need to leave class early, please let the instructor know ahead of time. You can set up your yoga mat in a spot closest to the door to minimize disruptions when leaving. It’s best to leave before the final relaxation pose (Savasana) starts.

We offer both heated and non-heated classes to cater to different preferences. Our heated classes are maintained at a temperature of 85-90 degrees Fahrenheit. Non-heated classes are kept at room temperature or adjusted to a comfortable level based on external conditions.

While attending a class once a week can still provide benefits, we recommend practicing yoga around 2-3 times per week for optimal results. We offer various class packages and unlimited membership options to maximize the value for your investment.

Little Yogis (age 13 above) are welcome to practice with a parent or guardian, as long as they have filled out a waiver and adhere to yogi manners. Please note that we do not offer childcare services, and children must be supervised by an adult during the class.

If you aspire to become a yoga instructor, we offer a comprehensive 200-hour Teacher Training program that follows the guidelines set forth by Yoga Alliance. Our Teacher Training program provides all the necessary tools and knowledge to confidently teach others. For more information, please visit our YOGA TRAINING page.

We don’t have showers, please arrive with your body and clothes clean. We sometimes get comfy with our other yogis, so cleanliness and non odors are a must! Please arrive early or stay later to use our bathroom facilitates.
