Megan’s yogic journey began in 2012, where after graduating college she was searching for a way to decrease anxiety and be rid of dependencies. She had sustained bodily injuries in her late teens that left her with a lot of metal in her body, pain, and a desire to feel healthier and stronger. After several years of consistent yoga practice, she became a certified instructor in 2017 and has been teaching ever since. She has over 150 hours of further training with David Kyle in Rocket Yoga.
Megan believes deeply in the power of bodily movement to calm and heal the mind, as well as the mind’s distinct power to direct the body, leading to a deeper union between the two. She is dedicated to teaching and growth via the study of both physical and philosophical tenets of Yoga. When shes not on her mat you can find Megan creating music and playing outside with her husband, baby and six rescue animals!
