Over 6 years ago, Elizabeth first sought out yoga for its physical benefits when struggling with constant injuries due to soccer. She was aware that yoga was fantastic for the physical body, and as she started to practice more her injuries started lessening. She soon recognized that not only could yoga make your body healthier, but your mind and spirit as well. This realization came during a tough transitional time in her life, and the study of yoga helped her to come out stronger. This was when she fell in love with everything that yoga is, and since has made it her mission to grow her practice and share it with others.
